Step 1: Inquire

We're honored you're considering Modern Visuals Media to capture your wedding day. Submit your inquiry, and we'll personally reach out to begin planning your story together.

Step 2: Consultation

We'll connect to discuss your wedding, answer any questions, and help you choose the right collection. Once you're ready, we'll send over your contract and invoice. A signed agreement and 30% retainer officially reserve your wedding date.

Step 3: Wedding Day

Your only job is to be present and enjoy every moment. We'll be there to thoughtfully document your day with a cinematic, unobtrusive approach—capturing the genuine moments, emotions, and details that make your story uniquely yours.

Step 4: Crafting Your Film

After your wedding, we carefully handcraft your film with the same attention to detail that went into your celebration. Every moment is thoughtfully edited to preserve the emotion, atmosphere, and memories of your day. Your completed films will be delivered within 4–8 weeks, ready to be relived for a lifetime.

Step 5: Delivery

Your completed films are delivered through a private online gallery, ready to watch, download, and share with family and friends for years to come.
